Canon Powershot s5 is

I have the canon powershot s5 is for years now and it has been helping take superb pictures of the world around me. It's myriad of features are just amazing and there is so much one can do with this one of a kind camera. Here are some of the features of the s5 that I enjoy the most.

I have been a fan of the canon ever since I learned to take pictures, way back in elementary. So when I was its latest offering of canon powershot s series, I was blown away. It has something to do with the 12x optical zoom that shares the same cutting edge technology found in professional EF lenses. This together with the Optical Image Stabilizer was enough to woo me over, I could not imagine a handy camera like this can exist in this day and age.

Although I fancy that I would be satisfied with the aforementioned features alone, I was extremely delighted when I discovered that there are more optical features than what I have originally though of. This includes the Wide and Tele Converter lenses that extends the focal lengths to collect the full details whether for super close-ups or far-reaching zooms. There is also a safety zoom that allows me to take pictures at a significant distance without affecting the image quality.

What I love the most is the DIGIC III processor deep inside the heart of my canon powershot s5 is. This processor allows razor sharp precision when large groups are involved – it is able to detect 9 faces with its Face Detection Technology. It can also perform even the subjects are at a distance or moving within the frame. It's that awesome!
